How we can help
If you're experiencing pain, discomfort, a sports injury, or neck and back pain, we may be able to help.
Many women suffer from pain during pregnancy or postnatally. We can support you in managing pelvic, lower back, and rib pain, or any other symptoms affecting your daily life.

If you've recently had a baby and are concerned about abdominal separation, pelvic floor issues, or ongoing discomfort, book a Mummy MOT — a thorough postnatal assessment designed to support your recovery and return to fitness.

If you’re struggling with bladder or bowel weakness, prolapse, or pelvic pain, you’re not alone. Many women experience pelvic floor issues at some stage in life, from pregnancy to menopause and beyond. Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a safe, evidence-based treatment that can help manage these symptoms effectively.
We also offer acupuncture to help regulate menstrual cycles, support fertility, and reduce stress and anxiety.
At Lidder Therapies, we take an individualised, evidence-based, and holistic approach, combining manual therapy, acupuncture, education, and rehabilitation to support your recovery and well-being.
